In Sims 3 is it possible to furnish the house you already bought unfurnished with the pre-set furniture?
The family didn’t have enough money to afford the furnished house in the beginning, so i bought the unfurnished version instead. Now i have enough money for the furnished option, and i’m too lazy to furnish it myself. Is there a way in which i can furnish this house with the preset furnished furniture?

What is the most comfortable style of undies to wear?
I hate wearing underwear because most of them are not comfortable…most of the time I wear a thong. I wear regular undies during my period.
I want to go undie-shopping but I don’t want to waste money on ones that may turn out to be tight or uncomfortable.
What’s the most comfy style for you?
And please no one call me a pervert or anything…I really just want to know which style is more comfy so I don’t waste money on ones I won’t find comfortable.

Why do Furniture stores have such ugly furniture here in the USA?
I’m looking for very modern furniture, but most furniture stores offer the same old fashioned look. I know there are a few stores which offer a modern & contemporary look, but overall I think Americans prefer a different look than Europeans for example. The furniture stores in Europe are all so beautiful and you go wild, but here it’s almost painful to select furniture.
I usually buy then over the internet, but it costs me a lot of money.
Why is it that even young Americans prefer to buy that old fashioned “oak-style” look??? Anybody from the furniture industry here on YA who wants to explain why stuff looks always so old-fashioned?

Where Do I Find Stores In San Antonio Cheaper Than Ashley Furniture & Rooms To Go Furniture?
Moved into a new home & would love to furnish every room. Just can’t spend a whole lot on furniture.

i would give money to poor countrys
i wuld pick up homless familys around the united states and bring them to a home they can stay in. [[ it would be property i bought all around the united states and built homes, and furnished them, and every month they got food. and they had their own park for group of homes i had on the property]]

Buying First Home - NEED ADVICE ASAP?
Here is my situation. I have been approved already for a few different mortgages, my credit score is good (700) and my income is good.
My problem is I’m trying to buy my first home with little to no money down even with the closing costs… So 100% loan and cant afford anymore then 4,000 out of pocket. (Rest is saved for furnishing) I’m trying to buy a junker. So now i need 100% with little to no money for closing cost, and I also need 15,000 to 20,000 to fix the place up. Say the same homes in the area go for 140,000 and i get this place anywhere from 75,000 to 90,000. Please help with what my options are. I cant seem to get a straight answer from any company and I’m running out of time. If anyone has any companies or knows anyone that could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks
Well I don’t qualify for any first time home buyer grants because my income is greater then the required amount.
The property I’m looking at now is a repo and I don’t know if banks do seller assist esp. if you’re offering much lower then what they are asking…
I kind of wanted my first home to be one that needed a lot of work so I could make it my own. I have some knowledge along with some family that is and was in the construction business.
So do I have to pray that the appraisal comes back more then what I’m purchasing the home for to get a home equity loan? What usually plays into what the appraisal comes out to?

HELP! How do I politely ask for money in place of gifts?
My fiance and I have been living together for sometime now. We have own our home and have every furnishing we want or need. How do we put on the invitation we prefer cash for the honeymoon rather then gifts we don’t need? I don’t want to be rude but also don’t want a ton of stuff I don’t need.
