    I heard Fry Daddy’s are good but one of the problems with home fryers is that the temperature does not go as high as the professional models.

    Have you tried just using a dutch oven with oil in it? Once the oil cools, you just put it through a sieve and you can use it again. Believe me, a dutch oven is a lot easier to clean that an fryer.
