I was convicted of furnishing alcohol to minors. Now before all of you judge, it was 2 weeks after my 21st bday and the minors were 20 year old friends (sucks being the oldest).

Now I’m trying to get my car salesperson license in California. On the application it says i may be denied if convicted of a crime of moral turpitude.

Does anyone know if this conviction will get me denied?

    Yep,
It’s seems this was used instead of ‘contributing to the delinquency of minors’ cause your friends were 20 instead of
    teenagers. .

Moral turpitude is a legal concept in the United States that refers to “conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals.” gramcracker
