You will still have to pay council tax but it will be at a reduced rate , the last I heard it was 25% of the total bill but it could have changed now . The Wail of a Banshee
someone has to, so unless your renting it out to someone then yes you do still have to pay your council tax. dont take my word for it ask the council starlight

i believe that u will only not have to pay the council tax if its unfurnished. if u leave it furnished then u will pay the council tax less 25% discount for being the only adult there. Bren
