Both are good. I’d go with the microfiber if you have kids or pets. As far as the knick-knacks. Whatever you like! It is your apartment! Down Comforter
ugh.. I had a microfiber sofa for a couple of years and just recently sold it! They are easy to clean, but they also show every drop of water…. If you are looking for easy to clean I would say leather even though I am not a fan it would be a heck of a lot easier on you!
Also as far as decorations it is completely up to you, but when I lived in my apt. I liked to have potted plants around. Also if you are planning on switching apts. or moving in the near future don’t get too many nick-nacks they will only give you a head ache when it comes time to move again. NuNu
