In Sims 3 is it possible to furnish the house you already bought unfurnished with the pre-set furniture?
The family didn’t have enough money to afford the furnished house in the beginning, so i bought the unfurnished version instead. Now i have enough money for the furnished option, and i’m too lazy to furnish it myself. Is there a way in which i can furnish this house with the preset furnished furniture?

I bought a house in Skingrad and I am supposed to see Gunder for furniture but when I go to buy from him he only sells things like weapons and Cloth. How do i get things like new bed sheets and cupboards/chests! Oh as a last question can you ever in the game purchase servants for your house?

Sims 3: Is it possible to add foundation to a home that has already been built and furnished?
I just figured out that you could have a foundation, and I wanted to add it to my house. Can I do that, or will I have to delete everything?

When you buy a yoville house, can you take all your apartment furnishings? or do you have to start over?
